Come be our guest at this welcoming townhome. Let this be your home away from home during your stay. Can accommodate groups of up to 17 guests with the additional sleeping arrangements. Full kitchen with cookware and washer and dryer make this ideal for longer stays.

☆ Bedroom 2- queen bed, and desk ☆Bedroom 3 - 3 twin beds (1 twin bunk bed, 1 reg twin bed)  
☆ Bedroom 4 - 3 twin beds (1 twin bunk bed, 1 reg twin bed)  
☆2 full baths upstairs   
☆ All full bathrooms are on second floor so must climb stair to access full bath.  
First Floor  
☆ Bedroom 5- queen bed, and desk  
☆ 1 half bath  
☆ Half bath and 1 bedroom located on first floor along with common areas.  
☆ Other sleeping arrangements - queen air mattress, twin air mattress, 1 sofa, 1 futon ☆ Kitchen - stocked with coffee, tea, toaster, microwave, cookware- pots pans, baking sheet, and oils  
☆ Living Room - sofa and futon with HD TV connected to Netflix (no cable)  
☆ Bathrooms - towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided  
☆ Out door deck has four chairs and small side table

☆You have entire access to this townhome with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and small porch.  
☆ All full bathrooms are on the second floor. Must climb stairs to access a full bathroom. Half bath and 1 bedroom located on the first floor along with common areas.  
☆For the added safety and security of our guests there are security cameras by each entrance and on recording 24/7.  
☆ Ask about a Pack n Play rental.

PARKING: This is on a private road more like a driveway that is shared with other townhomes so parking is somewhat tight especially for larger vehicles like trucks and SUVs. There is parking more suitable for larger vehicles just a few minute walk away on intersecting street. All commercial and large vehicles (trucks, SUV's, etc) must park on that street. Max limit of 4 vehicles parked on street townhome is on per reservation. Additional vehicles can park on intersecting street. There are no assigned parking spots so if parking is full you may have to park on intersecting street. Please park in line with other neighbors’ vehicles as to maximize parking space for everyone. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this.
