The hosts were quick to help when the code that was provided for the door didn't want to work. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a nice meal, which is often difficult in a VRBO. The beds were fine, although I had thought the master was going to have a king bed. Instead, it was just two twins pushed together (but still made with twin sheets and comforters on each bed). It worked fine for us, but was unexpected. The empty front room was a bit odd, but there was plenty of other space, so it didn't really matter. Clean, well appointed with higher end furnishings, bedding and towels. This is not your typical Amazon/Ikea makeover. We truly felt at home. The owner was proactive with communicating and quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood and property was quiet and offered great activities for our teens (basketball, tennis, swimming) a short walk away.
