The location was great for my needs. However, the property is very old, needs updating. Water stains and rusty equipment in the fitness center. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor upon my arrival. Hallway was humid with a musty smell. I will stay elsewhere during my next visit to Raleigh.

I hosted my family reunion this year and this was the host property. The staff were very warm and friendly with everyone. They never hesitated to help with any questions. From the sales department, breakfast staff, maintenance, and front desk they were all ready to help me carry things, hold things, and answer questions with a smile. Amazing experience that made hosting so much easier!

There could be a better breakfast selection. The selection did not match the aesthetics of the hotel at all. The staff was very professional and accommodating from the beginning of our stay until the end. I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Great place to stay. The pool was nice and warm and there is plenty of space to hang out in the hotel with your party without having to be in your room. The staff was very nice and the complimentary coffee and breakfast was great. Easy on off exit, but sets up on a quieter back street.
