The area surrounding this home is unsafe and has many people wandering around that made us feel like we could not go outside the home. I spoke with the renter on the phone and explained to her that we would not be staying there, she said she would see what she could do for a refund and now she is refusing to help at all. We left within an hour of being there, went to a hotel and then rented a different property for the remainder of our stay.
