Really good stay. We upgraded rooms for very minimal money and it had probably the biggest balcony I've seen in a chain hotel. Bed was comfy, room was really nicely laid out, and had features like the tv being able to be pulled out for better viewing from parts of the room. Awesome place, would stay again.

The property itself was good. Well kept, even though parts of the hotel inside are being currently renovated. The staff was very friendly and excellent in all requests. The beds were good, although they could have been slightly softer. Mines was stiff during my stay. The main reason for the reduction of stars was noise at 2:30 am next door to me for two nights in a row disrupting my sleep. On one night had to go down twice to the reception desk to fix the noise situation. It started again the next night but dissipated. I hope the staff addressed that noise situation with those guests. There should be no noise going on like that late into the night. Other than that the stay was okay.

The hallways on the 2nd floor were in horrible shape as far as cleanliness. The caulking around the shower was very poorly done & looked terrible. On our last morning there, the electric went out in the room. I was unable to call the front desk , so I had to go down stairs to let them know. Front desk staff was extremely apologetic and requested the maintenance staff(he was standing right there) to go and switch the breaker to our room. For some reason, he was unable to do so and the electric remind off . When we finally checked out, she again apologized for the inconvenience.
