Cottage with Yard, Mins to Duke

  • Our inviting home is located in a family-friendly, walkable neighborhood. Start your day on the front porch watching the sun come up with your favorite beverage, then end your day on the back deck with a great meal and time by the firepit with smores for dessert. Inside you'll find everything you need. A well-stocked kitchen with plenty of prep space, a comfortable couch to sink into and watch TV, read, or play a game. Both large, ample bedrooms feature closets and spacious dressers to unpack, as well as ceiling fans ensuring you enjoy a full night's sleep. We truly love our home and have tried to maintain the original character where we can but not skimp on modern upgrades. We're also located about 5-6 blocks from Northgate Park and Ellerby Trail if you need some outside time. This cottage really has it all and we hope you enjoy your stay!
