"The house was very clean. It is a little bit off the beaten track, which we enjoyed. It was very private. The host was great."

"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. This was a family trip and unfortunately my father got ill (stomach bug). The staff were so helpful and accommodating to his needs. This place is perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We even got some coconuts cut for us. I recommend this place for those who want peace and quiet. The beach was empty when we went which was perfect for us. The food was 10/10. Breakfast típico with fresh juice every morning. We even got to feed the monkeys. They were very friendly. We purchased their lunch and dinner as well. 10/10. Overall, despite my father being sick, this was still a memorable experience. All thanks to the staff! Also, the closest market is about a 15 min drive. I recommend taking waters or any other snacks, fruits. There is a fridge big enough to fit beverages and food. They have an outdoor grill as well if you take food to cook. (The staff offered to cook it for us but we didn’t take any food). We will definitely return again!"

"Breathtaking view of the sunrise! Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with gas stove. Also has washer and drier but the washer was manual- you have to be present every 5-10 minutes to change the cycles. Pool was always clean- the property manager was always available and ready to answer any concerns. One description that did not match- the home is 30-40 min ( depending on the time of day) from the main road. The house is on top of a mountain so expect the drive and arrive early to familiarize yourself with ride up the mountain, it is gravel and bumpy so a good 4x4 vehicle will work for the ride. Once you’re on the main road, there is a very secluded beach, playa Bajuco, that very quiet and peaceful- no tourist at all. The water was very rough not great for swimming nor surfing. To go surf, Playa Manuel Antonio is perfect for intermediate surfers. That beach is about 30 to 40 minutes away once on the main road. So start your day early - a lot of driving that can take up your day if you want to experience the beautiful views this home has to offer. Perfect for 2 families. It was 9 of us, a grand suite that slept 5- no privacy and another suite with 2 separate rooms, bathroom and private balcony and a 2nd kitchen. We had a wonderful time after we got the hang of driving the route up."

"Amazing accommodations! It fit our needs perfectly and was a much better location than being in one of the towns. The kitchen was very well equipped for us to prepare our meals as we prefer to shop and cook our meals, but there are plenty if choices close by for dining out. The house provided a high level of amenities, but in a setting that was private and peaceful. We watched the troops of monkeys go by daily. It was a wonderful experience being surrounded by so much wildlife."

"The house was as expected and suited our needs perfectly for our visit. The host was great and was very accommodating to check us in even though we arrived later than expected. I would stay again if visiting the area."

"Brian and Diego were helpful. Brian even greeted my daughter at the gate to guide her in since she was arriving in the dark. I don't know if we just had bad luck, but our power went out and we were without electricity or water for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. The drive to the house was explained well that you need a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive to get in and out. It does add time to a trip to get in and out. It has incredible views and sounds. We didn't see any animals, just birds, a Cane Toad, and some insects. There were some minor issues with the house that we alerted the manager to. "

"Our family of six stayed here for three nights while we explored the national parks and beaches near Manuel Antonio. The home was very comfortable and quite large, with two bedrooms upstairs with sleeping for five and the primary bedroom downstairs. The pool was a welcome respite to cool off after after hiking. We had an SUV so we had no trouble getting to the place, but as others have mentioned it is pretty secluded and you need to drive along a dirt road and up some hills to get to the home. Brian was very helpful and responsive, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Overall we had a great time here."
