"My kid, wife and I are very happy with our stay, beat our expectation. The hotel is surrounded by tropical forest, like a beautiful botanic garden, quite and safe. The breakfast is amazing, love the swimming pool, check-in is simple and easy, spacious room, very friendly staff. Highly recommended."

"Clean room!!! Cleaning staff made sure to clean all areas without touching our personal items. Great security. FYI I Didn’t really like the Mountain View of the hotel. Walking distance to downtown area and beach. Also store/liquor store next to hotel. "

"Food is disgusting. Not much variety. Food reused from previous meals. No restaurants to reserve on. Only one buffet. No ac so it is very uncomfortable to eat w heat and flies. Open atmosphere. No nightlife. A dj that refuses to put music asked for. Poor karaoke music had to download song on spot. Rooms old and poorly maintained. Walls need paint. Ac a plus works great. Front staff horrific. Long lines to check in and out. Towel lady bad humor. Also bartenders are all bad humored. Very pricey for the service received. No bell man. No food 24 hrs or late food. Dining not for vegetarians. No seafood what-so ever. A tilapia that was the only thing and it tasted frozen. The entertainment at pools where none. No games, exercise. Only in one pool full of kids screaming. Music very low and only 2 pools no bar pool you have to walk to get drinks to the bar. Very disappointed. Horrible. I would NOT recommended it to anyone. They must learn to take care of customers since it is their job to provide good customer care and hospitality. "

"They allow you to check in an use some of the amenities earlier. They also give you a hotel brazalet that it's comfortable and nice, you can take it off to sleep or shower and reduces contamination as compare the regular plastic versions. The staff is super friendly, great music, great food and excellent price. We witness how the surf instructor risk his life to save a group that nearly drowned ant this just tells you about the quality of the staff personnel. A great sunset view - a place you definitely should stay."

"Kitchen was well equipped. Property was neat and clean with plenty of towels and extra blankets for the beds. Nice, gated and quiet community. Disappointing that the gas bbq was replaced with a charcoal bbq and no lighter. Found the bidet pretty much non functional with poor water pressure, plus it didnt drain well and occasionally leaked. Otherwise the bathrooms were nicely appointed . Would have been handy to have a small step stool so shorter people could reach the dishes in kitchen cabinets. Host responded very quickly when the bedroom a/c stopped working and had it repaired the next day. Much appreciated. Overall, a very good experience. We would rent again."

So goodZ staff are wonderful & concierge & shuttles from San Jose easy and concierge great communication on whatsapp- rooms with kitchen are awesome too and balcony looking towards mts gorgeous ask for room with view! 36 was our room and wonderful "
