"Clean room!!! Cleaning staff made sure to clean all areas without touching our personal items. Great security. FYI I Didn’t really like the Mountain View of the hotel. Walking distance to downtown area and beach. Also store/liquor store next to hotel. "

"Food is disgusting. Not much variety. Food reused from previous meals. No restaurants to reserve on. Only one buffet. No ac so it is very uncomfortable to eat w heat and flies. Open atmosphere. No nightlife. A dj that refuses to put music asked for. Poor karaoke music had to download song on spot. Rooms old and poorly maintained. Walls need paint. Ac a plus works great. Front staff horrific. Long lines to check in and out. Towel lady bad humor. Also bartenders are all bad humored. Very pricey for the service received. No bell man. No food 24 hrs or late food. Dining not for vegetarians. No seafood what-so ever. A tilapia that was the only thing and it tasted frozen. The entertainment at pools where none. No games, exercise. Only in one pool full of kids screaming. Music very low and only 2 pools no bar pool you have to walk to get drinks to the bar. Very disappointed. Horrible. I would NOT recommended it to anyone. They must learn to take care of customers since it is their job to provide good customer care and hospitality. "

"Excellent resort, I went as a solo traveler but my family would have had a great time as well!"

"The location is good just minutes away from the beach. However the area is very crowded with cars parked on the way to the beach. The room that was assigned to us had some leaks from the toilet and the A/c vents. The staff changed the room after we complained which was good. Also let us check out late with minimal charges. However the residents who uses the pool plays loud music with no care for other residents. The management should look into this. The faucets and showers need to be changed as they seem outdated and loose."

"Could not have asked for the more perfect place to stay! We changed our plans last minute and decided to stay in Jaco , I am so so happy we found this place! The rooms are like a motel by American Standards, but big enough to spread out our suitcases, with a decent size balcony overlooking the pool. And when you walk out from the pool the beach is literally right there. Could not be closer. A short walk up to every restaurant and store you could want. Right off the main strip, but down a little alley so it's quieter. Strong Wi-Fi, strong AC. free breakfast and a really good restaurant on site, we ate lunch there and loved it. And the sunsets were incredible ! So happy with this stay!"

"They allow you to check in an use some of the amenities earlier. They also give you a hotel brazalet that it's comfortable and nice, you can take it off to sleep or shower and reduces contamination as compare the regular plastic versions. The staff is super friendly, great music, great food and excellent price. We witness how the surf instructor risk his life to save a group that nearly drowned ant this just tells you about the quality of the staff personnel. A great sunset view - a place you definitely should stay."
