Built in 2000, Villa Sicula is in the countryside 2 km from the resort of Marina di Regusa. Between old carob trees (carob trees) and the fields of the high plateau in front of Ragusa with a beautiful view over the sea.
The house has three apartments that can also be booked as a whole on request, a spacious garden with palm trees that are over 40 years old and many places to relax. An outdoor pool with a water depth of up to 2.50 m. All apartments have their own entrances.
The property and the house are very well illuminated with WiFi, home office or smart work is very possible from here. Each apartment has its own kitchen, shower and toilet as well as a lounge.
The "Nonna Rosa" apartment is on the top floor and has a double room for two adults and an additional bed in the "living room for up to two people". With an extra bed, up to four comfortable sleeping places are possible. If you book two apartments, you have the garden and pool area to yourself.

Die Villa Sicula wurde im Jahr 2000 erbaut und liegt liegt ländlich 2 km vom Ferienort Marina die Regusa entfernt. Zwischen alten Karuben Bäumen (Johannisbrotbaum) und den Feldern der Hochebene vor Ragusa mit einem wunderschönen Blick über das Meer.
Das Haus verfügt über drei Appartements die auf Anfrage auch komplett gebucht werden können, eine großzügige Gartenanlage mit Palmen die über 40 Jahre alt sind sowie viele Orte zum relaxen. Eine Außen-Pool mit bis zu 2,50 Wassertiefe. Alle Appartements haben eigene Zugänge.
Das Grundstück und das Haus ist sehr gut mit WLAN ausgeleuchtet, Home Office oder Smart Work ist von hier aus sehr gut möglich. Jedes Appartement verfügt über eine eigne Küche und Dusche und WC sowie ein Aufenthaltsraum.
Das Appartement "Nonna Rosa" liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Erwachsene sowie eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit im "Wohnzimmer für bis zu zwei Personen" . Mit einem Zustellbett sind bis zu Vier komfortable Schlafplätze möglich. Wenn man zwei Apartments bucht hat man die Garten und Poolanlage für sich privat.
