Ben posizionata a meno di 1 km dal centro di Ragalna. Potrete godere di ogni tipo di esperienza che il nostro territorio vi offre dal parco avventura Etna, Etnaland e Themepark a meravigliosi tramonti visti dall'oasi del Simeto, la torre normanna e ovviamente la nostra amata Etna.  
Dotata di un ingresso privato che consente attraverso una comoda scala esterna l'accesso all'immobile. Un ingresso con ampio e luminoso soggiorno, dotata di due camere da letto, una cucina, bagno e lavanderia oltre spazi per valigie. Come aree esterne oltre il balcone si ha l'uso esclusivo del giardinetto adiacente alla scala, perfetto per fare dei barbecue o leggere un libro.
