"A nice but not, I’m afraid, an exceptional hotel. I feel it is starting to show its age (especially in the décor and the cracked tiles at the driveway entrance), and the bedroom itself was more cramped than I had expected. This negative view may be somewhat colored by the fact that we booked a club room but were unable to take advantage of the club facilities because the receptionist gave us room keys that did not give access to the club floor. It was only when we asked the (super-helpful) concierge that the benefits of the club room were explained to us, and by the time new keys were issued, it was already too late for us to use them. They serve really great breakfasts in the main downstairs dining room, however!"

"Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as we wanted to get out exploring & find options away from hotel. Very clean & quiet hotel. Pool area was lovely & relaxing. Easy entry & exit for older people with outdoor spa & bar with good. Great views over Clarke quay. Overall really happy with the hotel & would definitely book again. "

"Comfortable and immaculately clean room in a great area. We paid extra for a Marina Bay view, and the hotel absolutely delivered! The location is unbeatable. Great dining and shopping options on the same block, a 10-minute walk to the City Hall MRT station, and a 20-minute walk (or quick ride) into the city center. Very quiet considering the large streets immediately outside."
