We were very pleased with our stay at Waterloo nad would consider a second stay. The location was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. We did not eat at the restaurant or experience any other amenities, but the bottled, non-alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar were too expensive. The car dropoff/pickup was poorly defined and awkard for both passengers and drivers--perhaps not finished?

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spotless, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable – the bed was especially great for a good night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing rather than just a place to sleep. The location is convenient and peaceful at the same time, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing stay. If we return to the area, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Truly deserving of five stars.

Room was too small with no closet or storage space. Only one rod with 5 hangers attached to the wall. Sink is inside the room and separate from the toilet and shower which is not the best set up. There was some loud noise for a couple of hours each day apparently from maintenance activities, inside or outside the hotel. On the positive side the staff were very polite and helpful and the room was clean.

This is a nice new hotel and very close to the MRT. Rooms were clean and smart with everything still looking very new. Having the MRT so close made it easy to travel around. If going again then I’d stay again. Breakfast in the mornings was quite busy especially around the coffee machine. Bed comfortable, good shower and filtered drinking water on tap. Overall a good place to stay.
