The 28 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living area with a double bed (1,61m to 1,80m), a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The private outdoor area with a spacious sun terrace is perfect to start the day with breakfast or to spend the mild evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. A bakery and a supermarket are located a 14-minute walk (1.2 km) away, and from the bus stop, which is a 2-minute walk (150 m) from the apartment, you can get to the lovely centre of Radolfzell for free. There you can walk about the pretty streets with many cafés and restaurants and walk to the beach, Radolfzeller Seebad. Reichenau Island, a World Heritage Site, can be reached after a 26-minute drive (18.5 km), and the picturesque old town centre of Konstanz, famous for its centuries-old architecture and the cathedral, is 20 km or a 30-minute drive from the apartment. The hilly Lake Constance region offers many fantastic hiking and cycling routes and the Swiss border is only a 30-minute drive (24 km) away. Street parking is available.
