A charming holiday home nestled among park trees, featuring a fireplace, a large terrace with a fenced-in garden for your dogs, and a farmhouse sauna near the Schlei and the Baltic Sea—unpack your bags and feel right at home. Nestled in the magnificent park setting, the Alte Meierei is an ideal holiday home. Our relaxation tip: In the summer, enjoy the warm sunshine in a beach chair and listen to the cheerful chirping of birds in a large, fenced-in garden. In winter, after a walk, snuggle up—red-nosed and all—with a hot cup of tea by the crackling fireplace.
Here, a spacious holiday apartment for 6 people (160 square metres) awaits you, featuring three bedrooms where you can retreat and unwind. In a beautiful living and dining room, you can enjoy good conversation by the crackling wood-burning stove or relax while watching TV. Round out the day with a game night at the large dining table! A kitchen with a charming dining nook for cosy kitchen chats and two beautiful bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a tub where you can sink in and unwind—complete the charm of this unique accommodation.
The wellness area for all our guests, located in the annex, leaves nothing to be desired with its Finnish sauna and infrared cabin. The Alte Meierei is situated on the historic Priesholz estate, completely free of traffic, as only a beautiful chestnut-lined avenue leads to us. The large grove of old trees invites you to take a stroll—whether to the horses in the stable, out to the pastures, to the old apple orchard, or to the park behind the manor house.
You can swing on the playground, along with using the horizontal bar and large trampoline. Or you can use the football field with goals for a “old vs. young” match. If you’d like, you can also play table tennis and foosball in our dance barn, or simply relax on the terrace and read. Enjoy the sandy beach, sun, open spaces, and forests along the beautiful Baltic Sea here in Angeln!
