"Everything was more than expected. Great location right next door to the Hacienda Bar. Excellent quality food, superb staff and top customer service. We want to especially thank Danilo, Carlos and Renan for their utmost care. We had a very comfy and clean room. The hotel and restaurant were very lovely with unique decor. It was a great place to chill, listen to live music and dine in. The main reason for staying here again and recommending this hotel is because of extraordinary customer care and hospitality. One of the best places we’ve stayed in. We were safe around the neighborhood and felt welcomed here unlike other places in Dublin. This place will not disappoint. I highly recommend this hidden gem. "

"The hotel is an older building converted to a beautifully decorated hotel. The breakfast was delightful. Our server Vanesa was wonderful. Perfect spot for staying if you want to go to a game at the Aviva stadium. Also there are many pubs 13 minutes away by foot. "

"I stayed here as my flight was 9 hours late, the last bus had left and the airport hotels were full. It was close to 11.30pm when I arrived. I asked the receptionist if he could give me some toothpaste (as it was the one toiletry item I didn’t have). He had no stocks and he referred me to the vending machines. The ones I found only had beverages and snacks. When I went to my room I discovered it didn’t have a usb port and my phone needed to be charged. I asked the receptionist if I could borrow an adaptor (I only had my Italian one). He was extremely reluctant to lend me one and I really had to grovel. He did eventually give me one. I appreciated the complementary water. This is not the best hotel to stay in when you are stranded like I was. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He made no allowances for my situation. While I am Irish - I think this customer service doesn’t reflect well on the so called Irish welcome ! I paid €182.25 for a few hours (left at 8.10am). While the room was fine, the whole experience was disappointing. "

"Clean room, good restaurant, free parking. The hotel was under construction when we stayed and our room 232 was directly in front of it. Very noisy on Friday morning especially since we realized our room windows were slightly open at the top. Convenient location to airport. "
