Great Stay!
Older place, but starting rehab next week. We knew this when booking. You guys had great ratings for location, service, and breakfast. Andrea was wonderful. I would come back.

We enjoyed our three nights. The room (11) was charming’ comfortable, clean, with access to a small private garden area. The bed was good, linens excellent. Breakfast was exceptional. The property is need of refurbishment. Paint was peeling from the skylight in the bathroom. The front desk mentioned that the property was soon undergoing some redecorating. We’d certainly stay at Number 31 again. Location is excellent. Staff were unstintingly helpful.

#31 is a really cool property! Tucked away down a little alley, it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops and parks. Adrianna at the front desk was amazingly kind and helpful. She recommend a few places to eat and we’re glad we listened! She also offered assistance with our bags and showed us to our room. The beds were very comfy and the rooms modern. I loved the quirkiness of the property such as the “honesty bar”. Would definitely stay again!
