Hi Rodell, We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectation. Yes our Wifi can be limited in places across the retreat due to our Bush Location. We wish you had have reached out to our After Hours Phone Number though, during your stay, so we could have better attended your concerns as we do have a portable Wifi Dongle that we offer to guests who urgently need Internet during a visit. Sorry the facilities weren't what you expected. Some of our one bedroom apartments have a kitchenette and some just have a microwave, kettle & toaster. I will discuss with housekeeping the matters you have raised. It has been challenging dealing with dampness in that unit due to the large amount of wet weather we have.
