Overall, it's a good hotel. The staff is excellent. It has a good restaurant with a very good breakfast, and it also serves lunch and dinner. The room has heating, which keeps it a bit too hot for my liking. The television connects to streaming services, and the internet signal is strong throughout the hotel. The hotel is very well located, just steps from La Carolina Park, Quito's largest park, and a few blocks from shopping centers. Unfortunately, an overpass right in front of the hotel entrance affects the surroundings.

The location is good. Staff were friendly and bilingual. The food offered in the restaurant was excellent quality and service impeccable. After a bad experience with a local B&B, this felt like heaven. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The staff were the best, they took care of us in every respect. There is a nice park and botanical gardens a short walk away. The only complaint is we stayed there on a weekend, and there was a lot of street noise. Great value for the dollar.
