Modern, new hotel, eco friendly, great food (even organic options), comfortable beds, great location close to everything, super friendly staff, they all went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Dog friendly, my little Yorkie loved the garden and loved Noah, the hotel pet. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you for an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Fantastic Space & Staff - Spa was nice for a quick 70 min facial las minute - lots of good food options like Somos in the neighbourhood - if you arrive late like we did at 1am dont be worried when lights are off at entrance as the hotel is environmentally conscious and have lights on sensors -

It's a brand new hotel, so the beds were not very comfortable and the check in staff is not the greatest, but everyone else is very polite. The hotel have a great restaurant roof top, and pools, spa and gym. I would certainly stay there again.

The air quality turned unhealthy for me during my trip in March to Quito. The charming (and paid for) VRBO I’d booked was in the old part of town, was perfect in every way EXCEPT it (and all surrounding properties) was heated with fireplaces. My asthma flared plus with the altitude & my breathing was seriously compromised. I moved to the GO Hotel because it had an enclosed HVAC system. I had to stay holed up for remaining 3 days of my trip. The GO had lovely views from a most commodious room. The bar and restaurants were wonderful. Staff were very nice. Even had a good little handicraft shop so I was able to get nice items since I couldn’t go outside to market. Breakfast was one of the nicest of anywhere I’ve stayed! All menu items were clearly marked Gluten Free (or not). And there were many gf options!!! Since I was confined to property I spent a few hours in the spa getting a massage & facial. I highly recommend that too. Did not use pool or gym because I was having trouble breathing. But they looked nice. Hotel is really lovely.

New and clean. Sauna and steam room are wonderful. Pool is very nice too. Jacuzzi is average, not very powerful jets.
