Fridge not working. All liquids at room temperature 24 hours later.
No glasses in bathroom/room.
Kettle didn't work. Needed replacing.
Mattresses dip in the middle
Bizarrely, the toilet flashes with hot water.
Shower door doesn't close properly.
Plunger plug in the sink doesn't work.
Air conditioning did not cool to the required temperature. The room stayed warm the whole time, especially at night.

Wonderful location and super friendly staff. You can get to everywhere on foot easily and quickly. The Piazza Santa Anastasia is busily and the Church is one of the most beautiful in Verona. The rooftop bar has amazing staff and views over the city. Will definitely be returning.

The website claims that the hotel is 'near' the Arena - 'near' means almost 1.5 km and 25 mins walk, crossing busy traffic roads. In the summer heat this is a challenge. There is NO local transport, so you taxi everywhere. ..."
