When I arrived everything was ok ,checked in to my room , and it wasn’t the room I paid for the staff put me in a room intentionally messing up thinking I wouldn’t notice , I called reception then got placed in the right room without an apology

Great stay, would definitely go back. Location is perfect for wandering the city. Hotel provided everything you would want and to a very high standard. Roof top bar and restaurant was the perfect way to start and finish your evening.
All staff friendly and helpful.

Really good hotel very close to the arena and the centre of Verona. Worth bringing tea bags with you for breakfast. Restaurants are right outside but I would recommend a short walk in to Osteria Marconi which offers better quality food. I would also recommend Gelateria La Romana dal 1947.
