In a quiet residence 600m of the beach, nice apartment 3 rooms of 65 square meters for 4peoples located at the ground floor, door n°9, bulding B in residence "Naîades" in Quiberon.  
  
It includes:  
\- entry,  
\- living room with TV and sofa,  
\- kitchen equiped (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking plates),  
\- 2 bedrooms with bed 160cm large,  
\- bathroom with washing machine,  
\- toilets separated.  
  
Big terrace exposed south with garden furniture. Parking in the residence.  
Animal not allowed. Small private garden.  
  
Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.  
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 110€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
