Feet in the water, large holiday home of about 140m² for 9 people. It is ideally located 500m from the Grande Plage of Quiberon in the private area of Menhir Couché.   
  
It includes:

\- A living room/lounge with sofa, armchairs, table, chairs,   
\- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, plancha, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),   
\- A master suite with a 160cm bed, a bathroom and a dressing room,   
\- A shower room with washing machine,   
\- separate toilets,  
  
Upstairs:   
  
\- A bedroom with a 160cm bed (2x80cm) and storage,   
\- A room with a bed of 140cm and storage,   
\- A room with 3 beds of 90cm,   
\- A shower room,   
\- Separate toilets.   
  
A pleasant garden with furniture completes this property. Possibility to park up to 3 vehicles. Pets refused. Accommodation equipped with duvets.
