Très jolie maison, prestations de qualité, maison indépendante située dans le petit hameau de Pavillon, très bel environnement proche de la pointe de Taillefer et de son sentier côtier et comprenant :

- Une cuisine ouverte aménagée et équipée, plaque électrique, four, micro ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur, cafetière filtre, grille-pain, boulloire, lave-linge.
- Une salle d'eau (3 M²) avec douche et lavabo, sèche-cheveux.
- Un WC indépendant.
- Une chambre (12 M²) avec 2 lits en 90 x 190 cm (accolés), une télévision, donnant sur la terrasse.
Une grande terrase avec salon de jardin.

Belle ile pavillon

Emplacement à 8mn de la gare routière et donc des 4 coins de l île, sentier côtier à proximité, criques à proximité, le port à 10mn, maison et jardin agréable, seul bémol le passage des vaches et la propreté de la route d accès, mais bon c est aussi la vie de la campagne.

sauberkeit und Funktionalität des objekts

Das Haus war sehr dreckig, insbesondere das Mobiliar, regelrecht ecklig. Der Abfluß d er Dusche hat nicht funktioniert, der Schrank im Schlafzimmer nicht zu benutzen, die Besteckkästen schmutzig. Das Gartenmobiliar ebenso teilweise defekt und Schmutzig. Wir haben das haus und das Mobiliar zunächst gereinigt. Es ist wirklich eien Unverschämtheit ein haus in einem derartigen Zustand zu vermieten.
