Conditions

Bed linen and towels are provided – To guarantee you a stress-free start to your stay, the beds will be prepared (according to your needs) upon arrival.

Cleaning is included for bookings made after 9 May 2026. For bookings made before 9 May 2026, you can choose the cleaning option (110 €) to be specified maximum 24 hours after your arrival. Otherwise, I ask you to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Our friends smokers are allowed but on the terrace and pets are not allowed. No party.

Marie from Ty'Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you in the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (cleaning, babysitter, baby equipment, full fridge...)

Marie can welcome you from 4pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be carried out.
Marie can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)
You must vacate the apartment before 10 am. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour)
