Beautiful duplex apartment located in a condominium comprising 2 vacation rentals. -It offers you on the ground floor, a bright living room opening widely onto the terrace, with kitchen area, dining area and lounge area. Bathroom with shower and wc. -On the 1st floor, 2 comfortable bedrooms (one bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x200 and a 90x190 bed), wc. Outside, a private wooden terrace of 40 m², a private garden of 100 m² with garden furniture and a parking space. For the convenience of the neighborhood, festive gatherings are not allowed. On request from the owner, transfer possible between gite and train station or bus station. On arrival, 2 deposit checks will be requested: €300 for the gîte and €50 for cleaning. Set of 4 gites with green roof in a residential area of Quiberon. The large beach and the coastal path are within walking distance as well as the Neptilude aquatic area and the thalassotherapy. Close to shops: bars, restaurants, casino. Discover Carnac and its 3,000 menhirs, Locmariaquer and its giant monolith... Erdeven and its large fine sandy beaches. of this remarkable megalithic heritage! To discover, this vacation rental located in Quiberon, 100 m from the sea and 300 m from the main beach.
