Un buen hotel, muy confortable la habitación y el servicio muy bueno. El desayuno bien y suficiente para empezar las actividades del día. El único problema lo tuvimos con la TV, ya que no se podían ver los canales. Se desprogramaba. fuera de eso, todo muy bien. Muy recomendable el hotel

El Hotel tiene una mala organización, al llegar nos asignaron una habitación, nos dieron la llave y al entrar a la misma nos percatamos de que estaba ocupada pues habían pertenencias de otros huéspedes. Hay muy poco personal en todas las áreas, en el desayuno hay una sola persona atendiendo a todos los huéspedes y no se da abasto, los insumos en el mismo son insuficientes, si bajas después de las 9am ya no encuentras muchas opciones y quien queda mal es quien te esta atendiendo. Hay mucho que trabajar en el hotel.

No había jabón líquido los botes vacíos, durante toda la semana, el desayuno falta variedad, más platos y cubiertos disponibles, no había sillas suficientes en el comedor, la Señora de la cocina me dio un waffle que dejó un niño en vez de preparar uno nuevo y pensó que no la vería, todos muy amables en todo momento, les falta organización y liderazgo para tener más sillas e insumos cuando se requiere en el comedor. resto excelente, si lo recomiendo, pueden mejorar.
