  • Self-contained 21 square metre king studio - compact and well-designed - with private bathroom, kitchenette and one free underground car park. Step outside and the lake walk, town centre and Queenstown Gardens are all within easy reach. A practical base for two in the heart of Queenstown.

    A king bed and private bathroom with a well-fitted kitchenette - microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Good for a light breakfast or quick meal. TV, dedicated workspace and fast WiFi included. The studio has its own private entrance and shares laundry with one neighbouring unit at the entrance.

    Outside
    The complex has shared BBQ and picnic areas and a children`s playground. The hot tub is shared with complex guests and bookable through the Swissbel reception on-site.

    15 minutes from Queenstown Airport by car. 45 minutes to Remarkables Ski Area and Coronet Peak. Frankton shopping centre 10 minutes by car.

    The studio is stocked with coffee, tea and milk. Toiletries including body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

    Kitchenette is suited to light meal preparation - no gas hob or oven. 16-20 stairs between the underground car park and the studio - no elevator. Height restrictions apply for underground parking. Laundry shared with one neighbouring unit at the entrance.
