The home includes: \- A fully equipped modern kitchen \- Open-plan lounge and dining with private balcony \- 2 comfortable bedrooms \- 2 bathrooms \- Laundry with combination washer/dryer \- Heating and air conditioning \- Double-glazed windows \- Free Wi-Fi and TV's \- All linens and basic amenities provided Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or relaxing indoors after a day exploring Queenstown, Marina 205 offers a peaceful and well-equipped retreat. Standard Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (can not be split) Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds (can be made as 1 King Sized Bed) \*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in. Baby Accessories: We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50\. Getting Around: Queenstown Airport – 3.5 km Frankton Shopping Centre – 2.5 km Queenstown Town Centre – 6.5 km The Remarkables Ski Field Access Rd – 20 mins Free parking is included.
