Pros; great location, lovely apartment, stunning views, underfloor heating in bathroom, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave in room, barista coffee in reception Cons; keys failed every day, lighting was harsh - a couple of lamps would have made evenings much cosier, bed & pillow extremely uncomfortable pain in neck & hips for whole trip, which did affect the holiday negatively

It was a fantastic room off the court yard. The room it self was clean modern. Only a few minutes to town by walking. We popped next door to Q1 for breakfast which was lovely. I would book this place again when I come down next.

Our hotel room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. The location is just 10 walk to the restaurants in the main area of Queenstown. I highly recommend this hotel.

The 2 bedroom suite we booked was massive and very comfortable, we were in the back building so our lake views were impeded quite a bit. The location is fantastic, queenstown was just a lot busier than we wanted. The suites kitchen is modern but the carpets and couch could use a refresh and our balcony seem to be pooling water on the floor.
