Introducing the enchanting Alpine Cottage, a two-bedroom getaway nestled in the superb landscape of Queenstown, Otago. Boasting mesmerising lake and mountain views, this holiday rental promises an unforgettable stay for up to four guests.

The inviting living room, bathed in natural light, provides a cosy respite after a day of exploration. It houses a smart TV and a collection of board games and puzzles for indoor entertainment. Step out onto the spacious balcony, fitted with comfortable outdoor furniture and enjoy the incredible view of the crystal clear waters of Sunshine Bay. The fully-equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine and cooking supplies, opens onto a balcony.

The two serene bedrooms are tastefully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat at the end of your day. The first bedroom offers a sumptuous queen bed, and the second features two cosy singles which can be joined together to form a king bed upon request. Guests have access to a bathroom, equipped with a shower and sustainable refill toiletries.

With a garage to store mountain bike and ski gear, active guests can rest easy. This escape also ensures eco-friendly waste management, contributing to preserving the area’s natural beauty.

Key Features:

- Well equipped kitchen including wine fridge and Nespresso Machine (please note there is no microwave)
- Outdoor swimming pool and private hot tub complemented by fantastic outdoor living, including a BBQ, sun loungers, and alfresco dining.
- Linen, towels and luxury Ashley and Co hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
- Air conditioning is on the upper level only, not in the bedrooms
- This cottage does not have wardrobes or hanging space. There are dressers in the bedrooms instead to store your clothes.

Please Note: There is another residence on the premises that may be occupied by either other guests or the owners during your stay. The garage, where the laundry facilities are situated, is also accessible to guests staying in this alternate dwelling.

The swimming pool is not heated and therefore only operational from December until March. Please ensure the swimming pool gate is kept closed and locked at all times. Children must be supervised at all times.

Beautiful cottage

Enjoyed our stay, Beautiful views, Beautiful area. Lovely pool & spa. One thing I did not like was there was no where to store our food so had to have it all on the bench top. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels & nice big shower.
