As the home is located right in between Queenstown and Frankton you are short drive to everything you will need! Getting Around: Bus stops are located all along Queenstown's main road (Frankton Road) which is situated at the bottom of the hill- a quick 10 minute walk away. Other things to note: This property is located in a newly developed area, so there may be construction noise at times. Currently there is rock breaking in the area which can be very noisy during the day. The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival. This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor's by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply: No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
