Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

The rooms are spacious- right in the middle of the old quarter. Rose is amazing and so helpful. All of the staff was great. We spent 4 nights here.
