The condo is air-conditioned and located on the 6th floor. The building was built in 2022\. It includes an elevator, gym, lounge area. Starting from early may, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal. King size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom. Also queen sized sofa bed. It was chosen for its superior comfort. Washer-dryer in the apartment. 9 foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine, air conditioning, Netflix and Prime video and some attention for your comfort! Available owners, superior soundproofing, impeccable service and professional maintenance. Walking distance to St-Joseph Street, restaurants, cafés, grocery store (less than 1 minute), bakery and bars in the trendy St-Roch district. The walkscore website grants 96 to the condo location!
