Villa "Gle" with Pool, Garden & Air Conditioning

In Quartu Sant'Elena, about 15 km from the center of the city of Cagliari, the villa Gle extends over 2 floors with a total area of 700 m² and therefore provides enough space for a restful vacation. On 160 m² of living space, the villa consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable TV. A baby bed can be provided free of charge if requested in advance. The large garden enchants guests with a pool (open from April 1 to October 30), sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a covered dining area which includes a barbecue and a kitchen. Sant'Andrea Beach is 900 meters from the accommodation and a supermarket can be reached in a 7-minute walk, while a pizzeria is a 3-minute walk away. A pharmacy, a tabac store as well as a bar can be found 1.4 km away (14 minutes' walk). Public transport is within 5 minutes walking distance (bus to Cagliari, Quartu Sant'Elena).

Overall just okay

Really nice house. Very clean. Shower head broken. Coffee pot broken. Linens not provided without paying extra (had to ask for another set, so slept on mattress pad one night. No soap, TP, dish towels just to get started. Mattresses were hard as rocks. Back yard was nice, if you can overlook the hulking water tower right next door. Not much attention from host. Little response.

Lovely stay in Cagliari

We've just returned from 2 weeks in Gleybis' Villa and had a wonderful time. Gleybis is extremely helpful, easily contactable for information/help and replies very quickly. The outside space of the Villa is one of the best we have stayed at, and we have stayed in a lot of Villas abroad. The pool is a good size, the grass is beautifully maintained and the bar area with sink is excellent for outdoor dining. We didn't use the wood fired Pizza oven or BBQ but they are useful additions. There is also an outside toilet and shower which are useful for not having to go indoors and drip water inside. We ate few times at Bell vista which was very pleasant with a good menu and shopped at a number of places, the best we found being the Euro Spin (about 12 minutes in the car) where fresh bread and pastries were on the menu regularly for us with lots of local Sardinian white wine, which is both cheap and delicious - we found the reds hot and miss but if you take a punt the Chianti's are usually very good. There are plenty of sunbeds and outside seating and shade if you want it as you will naturally spend most of your holiday outside given the beautiful Sardinian weather. We had a really lovely time so thank you to Gleybis for our stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book this Villa with her if we decide to visit Sardinia in the future.

Goede en rustige locatie met fijne faciliteiten!

Pros: Ruimte, tuin, rust, de bbq! Leuke inrichting. Locatie is goed bereikbaar. Dichtbij vliegveld, centrum en strand. Goede uitvalsbasis om andere plekken te bezichtigen. Supermarkt is op loopafstand! Cons: Het uitzicht van de toren, maar dit is niet heel storend. Faciliteit dat ontbrak is een vaatwasser. Verbeterpunt zou kunnen zijn dat de buren die ook op een apart gedeelte van het terrein verblijven, een aparte hoofdingang gebruiken (in de schutting / omheining). We hebben geen last ervaren van de buren.

Tolles Haus,mit allem was man braucht

Pros: Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schön und vor allem der Garten ein Traum. Leider waren wir zu kurz da. Würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Cons: Die Spülmaschine fehlt🙈

Tolle Unterkunft

Pros: Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber, mit ausreichend Platz für sechs Erwachsene. Die Außenanlage war ein Traum, besonders der Pool und die große überdachte Terrasse. Supermarkt, Pizzeria und das Meer sind zügig zu Fuß zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus bietet die direkte Umgebung aber nicht viel, weshalb ein Mietwagen notwendig ist. Wir waren begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Außenbereich

Das Haus war toll und der Außenbereich mit der Außenküche eine tolle Sache. Wir haben die meiste Zeit dort verbracht. Leider ist der angekündigte Geschirrspüler nicht vorhanden. In einem Teil des Geländes steht ein Wohnwagen, in dem Verwandschaft der Vermieterin wohnt. Sie haben sich um die Grünanlage und den Müll gekümmert, jedoch hätte ich mich im Vorfeld über eine kurze Mitteilung gefreut.
