"There were two couples traveling. The home’s location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood, up a hill with a beautiful ocean view. The hill does cause the driveway to be quite steep. There are also stairs immediately as you enter to ascend to get to the living part of the residence. Only mentioning that if you have issues walking or carrying luggage.The home was equipped with everything we needed, minus a BBQ, which would have been perfect out on the very nice deck overlooking the ocean. The home was clean. The decor and furniture were in good order but very dated (70’s & 80’s). We really liked the location as it was easy to get into downtown Christchurch and the surrounding areas. We would go back if in the area again and recommend the home."

"We had a great stay at the property. The place was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a short stay. The location was excellent — close to the city but still quiet, with great views and easy access to nearby amenities.Communication with the host was smooth and straightforward, and check-in/check-out was hassle-free. The space was exactly as described and had everything we needed.Overall, a very pleasant stay and we’d happily recommend it to others visiting Christchurch."
