Rooms clean. Excellent location. Only thing is this place was very hard to find initially. The entrance is at the back of the building. Didn’t help the expedia location is wrong. The reception is on the 7th floor.

The location of hotel is convenient to shopping and eating but getting there take a bit longer because most of the traffics in the areas are ONE way streets and taxis has to loop around instead of a straight line. Fortunately the taxi fare is cheap.

First room we were given was weird shape. Advised front desk immediately we wanted room change. This was completed mid day next morning.
This room was exactly what we expected.
We were staying for month, so needed good room.
Close to everything! Shops, Beijing road, underground.
Safe in room, but as this was 'free standing' seemed pointless to use, but as is usual in China camera's everywhere so security not really an issue. Without room change, and weird safe I would give this place a big 5 *.
Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Highly recommend. Nice gym/spa with an excellent sauna. 2pm check out is standard. If you have some time to kill they take care of you well.

The room floor was not clean. After walking in the room, my feet were black and left a print on the toilet mat There was rubbish behind the sofa from the last guest which was not cleared. The hotel is not at the airport and it is 20 minutes away by the free shuttle. The staff were very helpful.
