"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. Overall spacious, nice layout with a good kitchen area, and 2 good size bedrooms, but ultimately due to lack of details on cleanliness and...

ville arredate bene, serramenti di pregio, accessori adeguati. Pulizia interna buona ma, sui balconi ( per altro spogli di arredamento) , intorno e dentro la piscina privata pulizia insufficente. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava, non ci sono bidet. Il luogo è isolato, conviene disporre di auto. Comunque ci siamo complessivamente trovati bene ,devo dire però che, a tariffa piena, il servizio è insufficente. "
"Está en un pueblo bastante alejado, las carreteras son malisimas. En la zona no hay prácticamente nada, y el mini market que hay tiene unos precios desorbitados. Las toallas las cambian cada 2 días y el suelo siempre estaba lleno de arena, no tengo muy claro si entraban a limpiar. También se escuchaba absolutamente todo."

"We had a really nice stay in this hotel. We had the room with a view on the sea. By far their best room and the appartment was clean. Zanneta made sure we had a nice stay at her place even though she does not speak english very well. Her son is there to help her out on the phone if she can't speak directly with you. I truly recommand this for a nice and calm vacation. And if you like kite surfing, this is the place for you."

"There were 11 of us that stayed at George’s house. My grown kids said it was the best vacation they’ve ever had. The house is not brand new, but it is so cozy! I could have stayed for days and days just staring out the window. In fact, my favorite thing to do was to open the door in the front and the windows in the back and enjoy the breeze. The gorgeous ocean was on one side and olive trees were on the other, with sheep along the side of the house for good measure. The mini-market is close by, and we frequented it over several days. We were able to pick up sodas, water, detergent, and even frozen chicken breasts. We chose not to rent a car, and were able to walk everywhere we needed to go once we taxied from the airport. The beach out the back of the house is windy, but Pyrgaki is a 25 minute walk away. The wind is much tamer there, and there is a delightful hotel with a restaurant and bar. They also rent shaded sun beds. It was a fantastic vacation!! But I have saved the best for last…George, the owner. What a gracious person! From helping us personally with taxis to locating some medicine for my daughter-in-law, George was simply the best! Book his place. You can’t go wrong! "

"Rustic resort with lovely pool area and a very friendly vibe. The superior apartment we stayed in was a bit tired, particularly the bathroom and the kitchenette which was essentially a sink, fridge and kettle but no hob or plates or cutlery so we were unable to cook anything as planned."
