You can reach the town center with its restaurants and shops, as well as the nearby beaches and taverns in just a few minutes. The very well-kept garden and the spacious pool area invite you to relax. The pool is the private pool of the owner couple and can be shared by their guests and tenants of the guest house. Use at your own risk. The house is renovated and lovingly furnished. Has a large bedroom with a comfortable mattress, walk-in shower and a small bedroom for children, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Fitted wardrobes in all rooms offer a lot of space. The living room has a very modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and all technical equipment. Washing machine can be used. Bei Buchung ist diese Lage anders gekennzeichnet. Die Vermieter wohnen 2m direkt neben dem Ferienhaus. Die Waschmaschine befindet im Anbau, wird von den Vermietern zeitgleich mit benutzt. Im Vermieterhaus ist ein Appartement, das während unseres Aufenthaltes vom Besuch der Vermieter genutzt wurde. Im Garten liegt der Vermieterbereich direkt neben unserem. Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool und wurde entgegen unserer vor Anreise schriftlich abgesprochenen Vereinbarung auch in unserer Anwesenheit vom Besuch und den Vermietern genutzt, so dass wir teilweise gebeten wurden, den Pool zu verlassen, ebenso durfte unsere Tochter nicht mehr tauchen, da ihre Haare den Pool schädigen würden. Auf dem Gelände stehen Überwachungskameras (5 Stück) mit Lautsprechern , wir wurden nicht über eine Nutzung von Aufnahmen um Einverständnis gebeten, die Kameras waren aber in Betrieb. Man hat draußen keinen Bereich mit Privatsphäre. Die Haustür lässt sich nur halb öffnen. Ein Kasten stand auf dem Dach, der als Marderköderbox erklärt wurde. in der 4\. Nacht wurden wir aus dem Schlaf gerissen, da Tiere im Dach scharrten, Geräusche machten, herum liefen. Die Vermieter wurden informiert, mehrfach wurden Handwerker zum Ferienhaus bestellt, nichts half. Wir waren sehr belastet durch die Situation.9 Nächte schliefen wir im Apartment der Vermieter, da im Ferienhaus schlafen durch die Marder unmöglich war. ##### Hans D. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kameras, die einen in den angemieteten Flächen (Badebereich) filmen haben uns allerdings persönlich sehr gestört. Der Außenbereich ist sehr weitläufig und man hat einen traumhaft schönen Blick auf das Meer. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich nicht in der eigenen Unterkunft und ist nicht frei zugänglich sondern bei den Vermietern im Haus, was wir als umständlich empfanden. Die Schlafcouch ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt unserer Meinung nach nicht geeignet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Eine top Ausstattung.Es gab Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme für den Strand, es gab im Bad Shampoo und reichlich Handtücher und in der Küche gab es alles was man braucht...selbst Tupperdosen. Super wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte und was mitnehmen möchte. Die Besitzer wohnen direkt nebenan, aber wir hatten zu 100% unsere Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist einfach Klasse und auch der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Man ist in weniger als 10 Min an wunderschönen Stränden, die selbst in der Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen sind. Zwischendurch gab es immer mal ein nettes Schwätzchen mit den Vermietern und gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Tavernen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die Küche war reich ausgestattet. Es alles da, was man benötigt und uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Garten mit diversen Sitzgruppen, dem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und die Mani, sowie der gepflegte Pool luden zum Relaxen ein und waren ein echtes Highlight. Die angebotene Ferienwohnung ist eigenständiges Gebäude, das sich zusammen mit einem einzigen weiteren Wohngebäude auf einem abgegrenzten Grundstück befindet. Das zweite Haus wird von den Eigentümern selbst bewohnt. Den großen Pool und auch den wunderbar angelegten und sorgfältig gepflegten Garten konnten wir uns sehr gut und problemlos teilen. Den verhergegangenen, positiven Bewertungen kann ich inhaltlich voll zustimmen. Die FeWo ist äußerst sauber, komfortabel und komplett eingerichtet. Wer hier einen Gegenstand vermisst hat ihn vermutlich noch nicht gefunden. Die in einer Bewertung kritisierte Video-Überwachung ist Teil einer Sicherheitsanlage und existiert tatsächlich. Bei uns erzeugten die vielen Kameras anfänglich in der Tat auch ein wenig "Big Brother-Feeling", letztlich hat es uns aber nicht gestört. Eine so hochwertige Anlage will in dieser Umgebung eben geschützt sein. Es ist sicherlich möglich eine billigere FeWo in der Nähe zu finden, ein besseres Objekt kann ich mir für uns allerdings kaum mehr vorstellen. Somit freuen wir uns schon wieder auf einen weiteren Urlaub im Paradies. ##### Leo A. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Das Gästehaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub wünschen kann. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, der Garten mit viel Liebe gestaltet und der Pool ist einfach herrlich. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Es blieben echt keine Wünsche offen. Selbst als die Klimaanlage mal gestreikt hat wurde umgehend ein Techniker gerufen der das Problem im Handumdrehen gelöst hat. Wir können nur sagen: Herzlichen Dank für die wundervollen Tage, die wir hier verbringen durften. Vue splendide.Un accord passé avec la propriétaire pour être les seuls locataires sur la résidence sur la période (2semaines).Arrivé e surprise la deuxième semaine d'un couple(grands parents) et leurs 2 petits enfants,amis de la propriétaire.Protestations de notre part auprès de la propriétaire. Raison donnée, un oubli de nous prévenir.Le contrat passé entre nous pour la location était l'exclusivité, si nous avions su des le début que quelqu'un d'autre serait là nous n'aurions pas retenu cette location.Gros mécontentement de notre part.Proposition de remboursement de la 2ème semaines par la propriétaire. Nuisances sonores par les enfants . Réprimandes verbales de notre part auprès des grands parents qui n'aboutissent qu'un un totale d'esinteret de leur part de notre situation et vont se plaindre de leur côté à leur amie propriétaire. C'est là que l'affaire devient inssuportable.cette résidence est sous vidéo surveillance de 23h à 7 h le matin.Nous sommes au courant de cela et ne manquons pas de prévenir par message la propriétaire lorsque nous sommes de retour plus tardivement le soir afin qu'aucune alarme ne se déclenche,Nous sommes un peu surpris de cette mise en oeuvre mais acceptons de suivre ce protocole.Nous sommes en Grèce et il se peut que ce type de résidences soient visitées. L'ors de mon intervention verbal auprès des grand parents ,sans être grossier, pour exprimer mon mécontentement, j'ai fais preuve d'une certaine fermeté dans mon discours,de la s'en est suivi le coup de fil de l'ami locataire à l'amie propriétaire. Tout cette petite aventure se passe en bord de piscine.La propriétaire nous contact très rapidement après cette échange en bord de piscine et nous impose de quitter les lieux avant midi.Nous sommes abasourdi. Elle nous dit avoir visionné la scène. Voilà la l'objet de ma plainte sur la gravité de ce comportement.Il y a là violation du droit à la vie privée. Cette résidence est en permanence filmée. On peut y voir des caméras partout.Nous pensions que celles ci comme indiqué dans le contrat ne fonctionnaient que pour la sécurité nocturne entre 23h et 7 h. Nous étions surveillés toute la journée. C'est très grave et il fallait que je vous prévienne afin à votre tour de prévenir les éventuels futurs locataires. Nous avons quittés cet Enfer le jour même. Par la suite Homelidays nous à dédommagés de la semaine suite à l'annulation par la propriétaire de la location cette semaine là. .Merci de m'avoir lu. ##### BIRGIT V. Besonders schön ist der Außenbereich mit Pool und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Blick in die Olivenhaine und zum Meer. Ins Zentrum von Koroni ist es nicht weit, dort gibt es am Hafen einige schöne Restaurants. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und haben uns immer hervorragende Tipps gegeben und sogar mit Sonnenschirme für den Strand versorgt. Wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Die Tipps sollte man beherzigen, da Koroni eher touristisch ist und man wissen muss wo man gut essen gehen kann und wo die schönsten Strände liegen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alles was man zum Selbstversorgen braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nahe bei. Sogar eine elektrische Fruchtpresse ist vorhanden, so dass man sich frischen Orangensaft zum Frühstück machen kann. Es gibt 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten, was z.B. für kindereiche Familien perfekt ist. Der Pool lädt nachmittags zum planschen ein, der Garten zum gemütlichen Abhängen. 2 x mal pro Woche gibt es eine Yoga Stunde, die man für 5 EUR Unkostenbeitrag mitmachen kann. Kritik kann man nur am Internet üben, dass gerne mal ausfällt oder sehr langsam ist. Hier sollte man einen entsprechenden Mobilfunkvertrag haben, der Roaming zulässt (4G), vor allen, wenn man darauf angewiesen ist. Der einzige wehmutstropfen waren leider die Mücken, die morgens und abends doch recht störend waren. Ohne die komplette Chemie Keule, kann man eigentlich kaum in den Abendstunden draußen sitzen. Wir hatten zum ersten mal ein Byte Away dabei, den wir täglich mehrfach benutzen mussten und der sich gut bewährt hat. Ich empfehle Soventol zur Nachbehandlung. Mückenstecker sind vorhanden, PAL zum Aussprühen der Räume auch. ##### Dominic Z. Wir hatten oft eine leichte Brise, die die hohen August-Temperaturen am sehr schönen Pool auf super Liegen zu einem Seele-baumeln-Urlaub gemacht hat. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist Sensationell. Wenn oft beschrieben wird, es sei genügend Geschirr da - hier ist alles mehrfach vorhanden - und echt schön auch noch - auch die Möbel, Deko etc. sind sehr schön. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft mit selbst gemachter Feigenmarmelade und eigenen Oliven sowie Wein gefüllt. Obst und Gemüsekorb gefüllt - schon der Empfang war wie nach Hause kommen! Dann bekommt man auch noch tolle Tipps für die besten Strände und wir hatten auch viel Spaß u.a. beim gemeinsamen Boots-Ausflug. Auch bei Tavernen kann man sich auf die Tipps verlassen.
