Very relaxing and beautiful one. Love the fact that it’s never that crowded. Staffs are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are decent too. The only improvement to be made is food — especially the European cuisine they have. I understand the concept that everything is organic and what not, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it has to be bland. Would be lovely to see some improvements in foods in the future, as that restaurant food is the only food option for hotel guests – as it’s in the middle of...

Excellent value hotel, quiet, spacious and a few small restaurant options. The staff were very helpful. Great locations to ski in the various local resorts. Excellent in-hotel ski rental with discount pass. Would definitely use again on a return trip.

The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to Phoenix Ski Resort. The owner and the staff are very nice and kind. They always offered local snacks and other services to us. The apartment is clean and equipped with a kitchen and necessary kitchenware (i.e. rice cooker, microwave, kettle, pans, pots, dishes, spoons, folks etc.). The hospitality at this hotel is 10 out of 10, especially, care and kindness of the staff.
