(1,002 reviews) Easy check in (we arrived at past 10pm) and check out. Staff at restaurant were courteous and helpful, and mindful of cleanliness of the restaurant, amenities is basic and minimal. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom. You can see molds and even around the tap rim. The housekeeping in this area is quite poor. But beds and linen are crisp and clean. Good quality of bed and pillows. The hotel generally needs a good skilled repair and maintenance. The location is quite good if you are after a local Korean sites, not touristy. (1,460 reviews) We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though. (337 reviews) I booked this property for three nights, but I ended up leaving after one night. I should have known when I saw it informed me to check in via a machine... The rooms are small. The bathrooms are small and awkward, with the sink outside of the bathroom. Yes, they will refresh towels and trash daily, but actual room cleaning is only once every three days. And the elevators are absolutely atrocious. I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get an elevator. It was a mistake to stay here, and I won't do it again. The staff are super-helpful, everything is clean and immaculately maintained, and the location (literally 2-3 mins walk from the station) couldn’t be better.
