We hadden een erg goede ervaring met de gastheer en gastvrouw. Zeer vriendelijke en vooral behulpzame mensen. Het sleuteltje van onze dakkoffer brak af bij aankomst en mijnheer Opigez herstelde het zonder aarzelen (en dan nog zonder ons iets aan te rekenen terwijl hij een nieuw stuk haalde in de winkel). Bij aankomst was het niet zo eenvoudig om de gite te vinden omdat het gehucht geen huisnummers heeft, maar de omwonenden waren zo vriendelijk om ons de juiste richting uit te wijzen. De gite was zeer goed onderhouden en erg netjes. Er stond bij aankomst een fles plaatselijke wijn klaar en mijnheer kwam er wat later nog twee brengen omdat we bij regenweer aankwamen.
