"I stayed here for 1 night only since I arrived late at night before I joined my family the next day on anothet property. I arrived and there was a bunch of teenage boys all standing in the front smoking weed, then went to check in and the front desk lady was calling security on a room that was being to loud, the property is old, dark and sketchy…….okay for students or people on a budget."

"It was a pretty okay stay overall. The restaurants on property are amazing & the staff is stellar… however our high expectations for the hotel/ amenities because it was a Hilton … were not met. It was kinda disappointing that half the time the pools were closed (not heated) & extremely under staffed. The elevators in the rainbow tower are so frustrating (especially if you're in a rush) the guests have no control over them! We took the stairs for 5 days straight. The is tons to do in the surrounding area so location is excellent but yea, overall just okay… "

"Breakfast was good, Room was small. Bathroom was good. Bed was made everyday and new towels too which was nice. "

"Room was filthy and incredibly tired. Pillows and mattresses were so old and used. The property was in terrible condition and absolutely overrun with people. Beach didn't have a single square inch of open space and forget space at or in the pool. The wait for an elevator was at least 5 minutes each time. Our room was also at an angle... rolling off the bed angle. I've never seen anything like it. Staff were rude when we said we would be leaving 2 nights early because we couldn't stay there any longer. "

"The staff at the front desk not nice or friendly. I asked if I could have a room overlooking the pool, and the employee responded that he didn't have anything and I am lucky to recieve the room I got. The room was outdated, dirty and the windows were filty. I live across the street I wanted to stay just to use the pool (which I never did because of the weather). Complete waste of money."
