"Spend a bit more and stay somewhere else. Getting refunded Inaccurate information on the site as it is not updated as shown online I let a hotel representative know as soon as possible. Within two hours of checkin we were packing our things to find a more suitable space for the remainder of our trip. I had complaints on everything from cleanliness issues, lack of amenities, and safety and security concerns. Everything smells like mold. The second you leave the beautiful lobby floor, the carpets are damp, it This place is definitely falling apart. I would recommend it if you are budget conscious as the cost and closeness to activities and nightlife could be a selling point for many."

"Beautiful location in the harbor. The room upgrade is definitely worth it. Staff was attentive and always friendly. Cabana was a nice touch. The hotel is also essentially located next to several restaurants and pubs in walking distance within two minutes. The location was very, very clean and they were very kind to my special-needs child and accommodating."

"The property appeared clean overall, my only concern was during my check-in on May 1st. When I arrived, there was an individual in the lobby who appeared to have very poor hygiene. The lobby area had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I was concerned for my health as the individual was coughing and leaning over service counter. I didn't want to approach the counter after, but thankful for the lady that was working, she sanitizes the whole area before serving me. I was on a weekend layover and needed to be healthy for my upcoming flight, this experience made me uneasy about the sanitary conditions of the guest rooms and common areas. I would like to suggest that the hotel implement a policy or standard regarding guest hygiene in shared spaces to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all patrons. "The hotel location was good however the hotel itself was average. There was no coffee machine in the room nor microwave. The pool was so small . I think only one person can be in it at time . I guess for the price , you can live with it ."
