I booked the first hotel that I could find within walking distance to the stadium not expecting much. Much to my surprise, Den Basta turned out to be a fantastic hotel! "Beautiful place. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no responses from our multiple requests for information. Beautiful and authentic which makes it a great place but no staff around. We had to go to the hotel next door for dining advice ( very few restaurants around but there is a convience store). Difficult to get to without a car as it’s out of town. Top marks for the staff at the hotel next door who helped us with food and taxis. Better service is needed for foreign travellers."

My only small complaint is that the window was open behind my curtain when I arrived and so a few bugs had gotten into the room but other than that it was a perfect stay! I booked this place for the BTS concerts at Busan Asiad Main stadium and it was about a 40min walk from this hotel."
