"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"This hotel was an absolute lifesaver! I arrived last minute, late at night, and the receptionist kindly stayed late just to welcome me and check us in. The location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk to the port of Palau. Many of the rooms offer beautiful water views, which was such a nice surprise. It’s a no-frills hotel, but it’s incredibly clean, has air conditioning throughout, and includes breakfast. What really sets it apart is the warm and welcoming staff—they go above and beyond. For the price, this place is a gem!"

"At first we were a little worried given the hotel is located right across the very busy port. However, it turned out to be the best location. Right behind the hotel is the cutest street with all shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, 5 star service from the reception and cleaning staff. All were very friendly and helpful. Two terrasses are available all day for the guests. You can bring your own food and have dinner, or bring your own aperitivo and enjoy the most beautiful views! Breakfast was included. "Séjour d'une semaine. Nous étions sans voiture. L'hôtel est accessible par le bus de Olbia mais après il faut marcher 8 mn le long de la route sans trottoir depuis la ville de Porto Pozzo. Le personnel de l'accueil a organisé pour nous la réservation des taxis pour tout notre séjour avec des tarifs négociés, ce qui nous a permis de profiter des environs. Le service était parfait et fiable. La gentillesse de tout le staff était très agréable. La chambre était simple et propre. Le matelas pas très confortable mais ça passe. Une jolie piscine qui manque de parasols pour se mettre à l'ombre mais bien fournie en transats. Petit déjeuner avec du choix pour tous les goûts. "
