When you stay in this luxury private and tranquil resort apartment you’ll discover a whole new Cancun, bathe in the turquoise warm waters of our miles long semi private beach (no seaweed or sargazo), enjoy the amazing beach club with palapas, cabanas and balinese beds, visit the golf course or the marina, use the gym, etc.
This condo is a destination on its own, with its own private solarium facing the marina, al fresco dining and social areas. Located at ground floor and with a great view of the marina, carefully decorated and fully equipped.

My stay at this property was a very disappointing experience. The overall environment looks nice in photos, but the reality fell far short of expectations.The on-site restaurant had extremely rude service and, to make things worse, it is completely closed on Tuesdays. That meant no on-property food options for an entire day, leaving me to rely on delivery for every meal. The small market on-site also closes early, so there’s no reliable place to grab basics if you need something in the evening.The beach was another major issue. It was not clean, and the shoreline has a steep drop-off that makes it unsafe and impossible to actually swim. This was a huge letdown since beach access was a major reason for booking here.Overall, I would not stay here again. There are plenty of better options in the area, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
