We stayed in a room with balcony view, I requested one of the rooms that had a better view and a specific room, unfortunately this request wasn’t looked into as I had no feedback on it. Was a good stay overall, very Venetian style, but very dated and old looking. Breakfast was good, it was a bonus since food there is not cheap especially with a family. You need to leave your keys back at the reception when going out daily which was a little inconvenient. Convenient location with most things in reach.

We love this property! Its in an amazing location… central to downtown, vaporetto (water train) service to surrounding areas and islands. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!!! All the staff were courteous and helpful and rooms were well decorated and spotless. 5* for sure!

Great location, 10 minute Walt to Rialto and 5 minute walk to San Marco’s square. Really nice place to stay. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

"No joke...this place is steps from St. Marks Square! Relatively easy to find. This is an older hotel so dont expect modern furniture and fixtures but the AC works (a little too well, we had to turn it up a few times lol) and thats all that mattered to me.
