Beautiful apartment in a great location. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is unique it is a 15 century mansion so amazing . That being said if you do not have a room with a canal view your room is dark ( if that bothers you) they changed my room for more
Money but that was fine
New room perfect
I think some maintenance could be done spots on carpet and some grout improvement
But overall lovely
Bed linens and bed very comfy and lovely
Super clean
Staff ( especially Ricardo) so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect
Restaurant and breakfast very good !Location absolutely perfect ! Close to everything but not in a crowded part of town also on the grand canal was beautiful

"ideal location close to San Marco. Old style 3-pin power plugs in room do not take 2 pin plug adapters, some light switches were falling off the walls. TV didn't turn on. Internet very intermittent. Included breakfast was very basic. By the third day we went and bought breakfast elsewhere ..."
